To book a Covid Autumn Booster please telephone the National Booking site on 119 or go online at www.nhs.uk

Those eligible for the Autumn Booster are:

• Adult aged 65 years and over
• Individuals aged 6 months to 64 years in a clinical risk group
• Individuals aged 12 to 64 who are housebound contact of those with immunosuppression
• Individuals aged 16 to 64 who are carers, and staff working in care homes for adults
