Call 111 - When it is less urgent than 999

Same Day Appointments

If you feel that you require medical advice on the day please call the surgery. A receptionist will ask for some basic details to ensure that you are directed the the most appropriate Clinician who will call you back.

It is only for patients with symptoms less than 48hrs old including abdominal pain, chesty coughs, sore throats, ear ache, children with fevers, urine infections, rashes etc.

If you have central chest pain or extreme shortness of breath you will be told by reception to call 999.

The clinic is not for patients with Ongoing or Long Term medical conditions.

Routine Appointments

At the present time to keep both patients and staff safe we are not booking routine appointments.

If your problem is not urgent we are asking patients to use our online eConsult service.

If the Clinician feels that you need to be seen, they will organise a time with you to attend the practice. We do ask that you wear a face covering when attending.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
